ACTOR

Greta-WGreta Wohlrabe (The Pilot) feels incredibly blessed to be making her Cardinal Stage debut. A Navy kid, she feels a deep connection to this play and it’s message. The military took her all over the world, however, she has spent the past few years between Milwaukee and Chicago. Credits include: Celia in As You Like It and Mistress Page in the Merry Wives of Windsor, Santa Cruz Shakespeare; Venus in Fur, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and Milwaukee Rep; Clybourne Park, Milwaukee Rep and Arizona Theatre Company; multiple productions with American Players Theatre including Kyra in Skylight, earning her the Wall Street Journal Best Performance in a Play for 2012, as well as Twelfth Night, Troilus and Cressida, The Critic, The Tempest and The Taming of the Shrew; and a variety of shows with Milwaukee Rep.

She received her MFA in Acting from Purdue (yep, she’s a Boilermaker) and her BA from Wheaton in MA. She is also an alumna of the Eugene O’Neill National Theatre Institute. She will be returning to Santa Cruz Shakespeare this summer to play Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing.

A huge thank you to Stephen and Cardinal Stage for this opportunity, to God for all of His blessings, to her amazing family for all of their love and support and to all of our men and women in uniform for their service and sacrifice.www.gretawohlrabe.com
